Caring For Mom and Dad is a website dedicated to the Sandwich Generation and caregivers in general. What is the Sandwich Generation? The Sandwich Generation is a generation of people who are caught between raising their children and caring for their elderly parents. This generation is presented with an extraordinary set of challenges as they struggle to keep their livelihoods, relationships and families intact while tackling the difficult task of caregiving.

Nearly 10 million American Baby Boomers are now raising kids or supporting an adult child while giving a financial hand to an aging parent, according to the Pew Research Center.

This is not your typical healthcare site.  This is both a personal blog and an informational portal for everything regarding medicine, health,politics and news.  Rather than spend all day looking through clinical websites and reading about “expert” opinions, you will be presented with honest opinions and honest answers from those who are going through the same journey as you are.  After all, it’s easier said than done right?
